Refund and Returns Policy

For enrolling for Courses, Project or Classes

  • Refund requests must be made at least 7 days before the course start date.
  • A processing fee of 10% of the total fees paid or Rs. 8,000, whichever is lower, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be processed only after deducting the applicable processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued if the request is made within 7 days of the course start date or after the course has commenced.
  • No refund will be provided for dissatisfaction with the course or project content.
  • Participants may request a transfer to the next available course if the request is made at least 3 days before the classes begin.
  • No refunds will be granted in cases of Force Majeure, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Pandemics (e.g., COVID-19)
    • Acts of God or other unforeseeable events beyond the organization’s reasonable control
  • Proof of payment is required for refund consideration; refunds will not be processed without it.

For Webinars, Hands-On Live Sessions, and Tech Sessions

  • No refund will be provided if a participant misses the scheduled session.
  • Refund requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.

Additional Terms

All refund requests are processed within 28 business days of approval, though timelines may vary depending on your payment provider. For any questions regarding refunds or assistance with your request, please contact our support team at support@retured.com.

You agree to indemnify and hold Retured harmless from any claims, penalties, costs, and expenses arising directly or indirectly in relation to refund requests, disputes, or issues related to transactions conducted through the Services.

Retured reserves the right to modify the Refund Policy at any time. Any updates will be effective upon posting to the Services.
