This website, retured.com, is owned and operated by NePeur (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). Your privacy is critically important to us. This policy sets out what personal information we collect and how we use it, so that your time on the site is safe as well as useful.

We are Retured, founded by Narotam Singh and Amita Kapoor. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal information when you visit retured.com or engage with us through other means, such as enquiries, marketing or events.

By using our website, you agree to this privacy policy and its terms. It applies only to information collected through our online activities, and does not extend to offline or unrelated channels.
Information we collect
- Personal information. Details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the content of your message, and anything else you share with us.
- Server logs. Our host records the ordinary details of each request — IP address, browser type, timestamp and the page asked for — as any web server does.
How we use your information
- Providing and maintaining our website and services.
- Improving, personalising and expanding the site.
- Communicating with you, including about enquiries, updates and the sessions we run.
- Preventing fraudulent activity and keeping the site secure.
- Running our open sessions, training and events.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It stores nothing on your device, runs no JavaScript, and carries no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a banner.
Our typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font provider’s network, so simply reading a page sends nothing to anyone else.
Server logs
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which keeps standard access logs for security and reliability. We do not read these for analytics, combine them with other information, or use them to build a picture of individual visitors. GitHub processes this data as our hosting provider.
Third-party services
Some links take you elsewhere — LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp and Google Calendar among them. Nothing is sent to those companies until you follow a link, and once you do, their own privacy policies apply rather than this one.
Your rights
Users in India have specific rights over their personal information, including the right to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, write to support@retured.com.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly. We encourage parents and guardians to take an interest in what their children do online.

We use appropriate organisational and technical safeguards to protect your information. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use the site from a network you trust.
